The Access Code may only be used by the Users to whom it has been assigned. shivaomtrading.com is exonerated from any type of liability that may arise for damages caused or suffered due to fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the safekeeping and custody of the Access Code, loss or use in violation of the provisions of these Conditions.

PRICE LIST
The price of the products is in EUROS and includes the legal taxes according to Spanish legislation. The final purchase summary shows the final or total price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the price of the determined product and the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes.

PAYMENT METHODS
Once you are in your account, you will see your shopping cart and then you must click on “Confirm order” and you will go to Shipping and Payment. In this part, you must specify whether you want the order to be sent to your registered address or to a different one, and then make the payment according to the chosen method, by clicking on “Finalize order-Order for payment obligation”. SHIPPING
shivaomtrading.com will not ship any product until the Administration Department has verified that payment has been made.
Delivery shall be deemed to have taken place when the carrier has made the products available to the customer and the latter has signed the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and to state any reservations and complaints that may be justified in the delivery receipt.
shivaomtrading.com will send the products by the means it deems appropriate to meet its commitments.
Shipping costs:
A shipping charge will be applied depending on the selected delivery area. However, shivaomtrading.com RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST AN ADDITIONAL AMOUNT for particularly heavy or bulky orders. In the event that this occurs and the customer is not interested in formalizing the order with the indicated shipping costs, the amount paid will be refunded and the order will be cancelled. shivaomtrading.com will be exempt from any other commitment or obligation to the customer.
If you need delivery within 48 hours, you must notify us. We ship within 24 hours, 24/48 hours and 24/72 hours, provided that the customer notifies us.
* Please note that during Christmas, sales and promotions, such as Black Friday, delivery times may be longer than usual. Due to these dates, delays may arise due to transport companies.
Return policy
At Shivaom Trading, we are committed to offering products of the highest quality. If the purchased product has any manufacturing defects, the customer may request a return within a period of 15 calendar days from the date of receipt. To do so, you must contact our customer service team and provide evidence of the defect. Once the incident has been verified, the product will be replaced or the amount refunded, as appropriate. This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse or natural wear and tear of the product.
